Located on the south-western corner of the island of Rarotonga approximately 8km from the airport and close to the Rarotongan Beach Resort, Restaurants and Shops. Lagoon Lodges offer a wide range of accommodation styles for singles through to families or small groups looking for Bungalow and Villa style fully equipped accommodation. Units come complete with full kitchens, fridge freezers, separate bathroom showers, dining an lounge areas, ceiling fans, IDD telephones, insect screened windows and outdoor decks with dining settings.

Rarotonga is about 21 miles around. The Lagoon Lodges are located on the south-western corner and, convenient to the whole island. Rental cars and mopeds are available on site. The town bus provides a reliable day and evening service.


Located in a lush private tropical garden setting at Lagoon Lodges. This spacious Villa has its own private swimming pool, extensive outdoor covered terracing with dining setting and BBQ. A modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Leads to a dinning area then to a step down lounge area that has a TV. Two of the three bedrooms have 1 x queen size beds in each and the third room has 2 single beds. An ensuite and separate bathroom along with outdoor toilet and fully equipped laundry complete this wonderful Villa. Daily servicing is provided and maximum occupancy is of 6 pax.



These new individual Villas provide a rustic Polynesian feel to tropical holiday living. Each Villa has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the second level .Bedding Is split king beds. The open planned kitchen complete with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combines with the dinning/lounge area and opens to an extensive terrace providing modern indoor/outdoor living. Daily servicing is provided, maximum occupancy is four persons with no children under 12 years.


These spacious villas are all at one level with two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen lounge and dining area opening to an extensive deck area. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and offers a ‘split’ king bed. The other bedroom also has a ‘split’ super king together with a single bed. The main bathroom and shower area is separate. The kitchen is equipped with full size gas hot plates, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, CD stereo player, dishwasher, microwave, full crockery and cutlery. Dining can be inside or on the large patio undercover outdoors. All windows are insect screened and ceiling fans for air circulation in all rooms. Each Villa sits on its own quarter acre section and offers partial views of the lagoon from the deck areas. Daily servicing is provided, with maximum occupancy six persons and children welcome into these units.




This Villa is a 90 sq metre interior size, complete with gas stoves, fridge /freezer coffee pots crockery/cutlery. Open planned lounge/dining with an outdoor deck complete with an outdoor dining setting. Bedding is a Queen plus two singles with additional rollaway available. One separate toilet/shower/bathroom. Fully insect screened with fans.

These units are very spacious and have a separate bedroom with a queen bed plus two beds in the lounge area. There is a dining setting, full bathroom / shower toilet and full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker and all crockery & cutlery. Louvre window systems are insect screened and ceiling fans provided. A good sized covered terrace with outdoor dining setting is attached.

These semidetached units in a garden setting offer comfortable holiday stays for up to three. Sleeping is in a common area with the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bedding is a Queen and Single bed. Kitchen offers fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all necessary crockery & cutlery. There is a separate bathroom / toilet / shower and outdoor terracing. Louver window systems are insect screened and ceiling fans provided.
